| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对电子结肠镜下行高频电圈套法摘除结肠息肉的作用。方法:将118例接受电子结肠镜下行高频电圈套法摘除息肉的患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在手术前和手术中给予心理和行为干预,对照组采取常规护理。结果:干预组患者紧张恐惧程度、生理指标和对检查的反应评价与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:心理和行为干预能显著提高患者对电子结肠镜下行高频电圈套法摘除息肉手术的适应性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of nursing intervention for colony polypectomy using high frequency electric snare under electronic colonoscopy.Methods: One hundred and eighteen patients with colony polyps undergoing polypectomy using high frequency electric snare under electronic colonoscopy were divided randomly into trial group and control group.Patients in trial group received interventional nursing of psychology and behavior before and during the operation;patients in control group were nursed routinely.Results: Extent of nervous and scare,physiological indicators and satisfaction of patients for the procedure were significantly different in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Interventional nursing of psychology and behavior may increase the adaptability of patients undergoing colony polypectomy using high frequency electric snare under electronic colonoscopy. |
