老年颈动脉粥样硬化超声斑块阳性率与中医证型的关系

目的探索颈动脉粥样硬化（carotid atherosclerosis，CAS）超声斑块阳性率与中医证型的关系。方法将120例CAS患者按中医证型分为气血两虚、肝。肾亏损、痰浊上蒙、瘀血阻络、肝阳上亢五型，分析其中医证型与CAS斑块阳性率的关系。结果CAS患者斑块阳性率高，与中医证型分布总体呈现以痰浊上蒙型为主，其余为肝肾亏损〉瘀血阻络〉肝阳上亢〉气血两虚。结论CAS患者斑块阳性率以痰浊上蒙为主要中医证型。

Relationship between Ultrasound Plaque Positive Rate and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type in Elderly Patients with Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective To explore the relationship between ultrasound plaque positive rate and traditional Chi- nese medicine（ TCM ）syndrome type in elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 120 patients with carot- id atherosclerosis （CAS）were divided into five categories （qi -blood deficiency, liver- kidney deficiency, stagnation of phlegm, obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis, and liver - yang hyperactivity） according to TCM syndrome type. The relationship between TCM syndrome type and positive rate of CAS plaque was analyzed. Results The positive rate was high in patients with CAS. Stagnation of phlegm was the majority TCM syndrome type in patients with CAS, followed by liver - kidney deficiency, obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis,liver - yang hyperactivity and qi - blood deficiency. Conclusion Stagnation of phlegm is the majority TCM syndrome type in patients with CAS.
