周围型肺癌早期X线的诊断

目的探讨周围型肺癌早期X线诊断的价值。方法分析10例经手术病理证实的周围型肺癌影像学表现的动态变化，并结合病灶大小、部位，总结其影像特点。结果本组周围型肺癌的X线特征性表现为颗粒征4例（40％），毛刺征5例（50％），分叶征2例（20％），血管集束征4例（40％），并有5例（50％）并发肺气肿。结论动态观察对周围型肺癌病变的确诊有较高价值，早期X线诊断是周围型肺癌重要的诊断依据之一。

Early X-ray Diagnosis of Peripheral Pulmonary Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the value of early X-ray diagnosis in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma. Method Lung radiography was performed on 10 patients who suffered from peripheral pulmonary carcinoma and the radiographic features, as well as the size and site of the focus were analyzed. Result The lobular sign was markedly observed in peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma and the spicule sign was obviously more frequently found in pulmonary squamous carcinoma （50%）. Rates of granule sign and vessel convergence sign found in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma were both 40%, but the latter could not be detected in pulmonary squamous carcinoma. Conclusion Early X-ray detection is one of the most important tools for diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma.
