广东省阳春市褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺广州管圆线虫感染的调查

摘    要:目的了解广东省阳春市褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺广州管圆线虫的感染情况。方法在阳春当地采集野生的褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺,在实验室用人工胃液消化法检查其中的广州管圆线虫幼虫并记数。用检获的幼虫感染实验小鼠。结果共检查褐云玛瑙螺350只,福寿螺465只,广州管圆线虫第3期幼虫的阳性率分别为7,71%和0.86%;感染度分别为1~312和1~4。从上述感染的实验小鼠中检获到广州管圆线虫第4期幼虫,且其血清特异性IgM均为阳性。结论阳春是广州管圆线虫的自然疫源地,该虫中间宿主以褐云玛瑙螺感染较严重。

A Survey of Snails Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas Infection with Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Yangchun of Guangdong Province

Abstract:Objective To understand the natural infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas from countryside of Yangchun district of Guangdong province. Method The Achatina fulica and Ampullaria gigas were collected from field of the district. They were digested with artificial stomach fluid, and then the infective larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis from the snails were counted and used to infect mice. Result 350 of Achatinafulica and 465 of Ampullaria gigas were examined. Their infective rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Achatinafulica and Ampullaria gigas are 7.71% and 0.86%, with the infectiosity of 1-312 and 1-4, respectively. In the infected mice, forth stage larva of Angiostrongylus cantonensis was found in the brain and specific IgM was detected in all their sera. Conclusion Yangchun is a natural nidus of Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Achatinafulica have a more severe infection and serve as intermediate host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
