南宁市2004—2007年病毒性肝炎流行特点

目的分析南宁市2004—2007年病毒性肝炎的流行病学特点，为进一步做好病毒性肝炎的预防提供依据。方法对南宁市2004—2007年病毒性肝炎疫情资料进行统计分析。结果2004—2007年南宁市共报告病毒性肝炎20754例，年均发病率79．02／10万，死亡35例，年均死亡率为0．13／10万。乙肝发病最多，占总病例数的80．44％．年均发病率为63．78／10万。丙型肝炎所占的比例逐年上升，2004年为4．03％，至2007年已升至10．67％。南宁市病毒性肝炎发病率城区高于郊县（P〈0．05），男性高于女性（P〈0．01），职业以农民为主，发病主要集中在20～49岁年龄段。结论南宁市2004—2007年病毒性肝炎发病呈逐年上升趋势，流行形势严峻。在做好新生儿和低年龄组儿童甲、乙肝疫苗免疫的基础上．加强对农村、学校的病毒性肝炎预防的健康教育是控制肝炎的主要策略。

Analysis on Epidemic Characteristics of Viral Hepatitis from 2004 to 2007 in Nanning

Objective The aim of this investigation was to analyze the epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis in Nanning and to provide the measures for its control and prevention. Methods Epidemiological data of viral hepatitis from 2004 to 2007 in Nanning were analyzed. Results Form 2004 to 2007, the yearly average incidence rate of viral hepatitis in Nanning was 79.02/lakh and the yearly average mortality rate was 0.13/lakh. 80.44% of the cases were hepatitis B. The yearly average incidence rate of hepatitis B was 63.78/ lakh. The yearly incidence rate of hepatitis C was increasing from 4.03% in 2004 to 10.67% in 2007. The number of incidence in the city areas was higher than the rural regions （P〈0.05）. The incidence in male was higher than in female （P〈0.01）. Most of the patients were farmers and are in the age group of 20-49. Conclusion The incidence of viral hepatitis in Nanning was increasing from 2004 to 2007. Infant and child vaccination program with Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B, and health education program in school in the rural areas should also be strengthened.
