院前急救人员心理健康状况的调查

目的了解院前急救人员的心理健康状况。方法应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）对惠州市区4所综合性医院136名院前急救人员，124名普通病房的医务人员进行了问卷调查，并进行对比分析。结果院前急救人员SAS及SDS评分、抑郁和焦虑的发生率均比普通病房人员高（P〈0．05）。结论院前急救人员的工作压力大，精神压力高，职业成就感低，是导致其心理健康状况差的原因。

A Study on the Psychological Status of Pre-Hospital Emergency Personnel

Objective To study the psychological status of pre-hospital emergency personnel. Methods Using self-accessing anxiety scale （SAS） and self-accessing depression scale （SDS）, questionnaire type investigations were conducted in 136 emergency ambulance personnel and 124 general ward medical personnel from 4 general hospitals in Huizhou. The results were compared and analysed. Results The total scores of SDS and SAS, and the incidence rate of depression and anxiety in the emergency ambulance personnel were higher than the medical personnel in general wards. Conclusion Work-related stress, mental stress, and lack of job satisfaction are associated with the poor psychological status of pre-hospital emergency personnel.
