| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:128例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,对照组(62例)采用一般护肝治疗,治疗组(66例)在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷治疗,疗程均为12wk。观察治疗前后2组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平变化。结果:治疗组肝功能恢复较快,血清TNF-α、IL-6水平显著降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷能显著降低慢性乙型肝炎患者血清炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6水平,从而保护肝细胞。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of compound glycyrrhizin on serum TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).METHODS: 128 patients with CHB were randomly divided into the control group(conventional liver protectio,n=62) and treatment group(conventional liver protection + compound glycyrrhizin,n=66) to treat for 12 weeks.The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in those patients were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS: Co_mpared with the control group,liver function of those patients in the treatment group were obviously ameliorated,and the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 significantly decreased(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Compound glycyrrhizin can decrease serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with CHB to protect hepatocyte. |
