摘    要:以小颗粒填料(粒径小于2μm)和超高压系统(压力大于105kPa)为特征的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)是液相色谱领域的新热点之一,它能够提供更加高效和快速的色谱系统。本文介绍了UPLC的原理、优点及其目前存在的局限性,综述了UPLC及其联用技术在现代药代动力学中的应用及其前景。

Abstract:Liquid chromatography with the column packed with small particles(sub-2-microm)and high working pressures(over 105 kPa)referred to as ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC),is one of the latest advances in the area of the liquid chromatographic separation.Its main advantages include high performance and fast recycling-time.The related principles,advantages and limitations concerning UPLC were discussed in this review,and the applications and the prospects of UPLC in contemporary pharmacokinetics were also introduced.
