术前访视手术室护理的应用分析

目的探讨术前访视手术室护理的应用效果。方法分析该院普外科手术患者200例的临床资料,依据是否实施术前访视分为常规护理组和术前访视组各100例,比较两组护理效果。结果术前访视组风险事件发生率明显低于常规护理组,术前访视组心理情况评分明显优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论术前访视手术室护理的应用后可以降低手术风险事件发生率,改善患者心理状态,提高临床治疗效果。

Application analysis on preoperative visit in operation room nursing

Objective To discuss the application effect of preoperative visit in operating room nursing.Methods The clinical data in 200 cases of general surgery were analyzed.The patients were divided into the routine nursing group（100 cases） and the preoperative visit group（100 case） according to whether implement preopative visit.Results The occurrence rate of risk events in the preoperative visit group was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the preoperative psychological scores were significantly superior to the routine nursing group,differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of preoperative visit in the operating room nursing can reduce the occurrence rate of risk events,improve patients′mental state and increase the clinical curative effect.
