| 摘 要： | 本文对56例截瘫病人的并发症进行了分析,得出泌尿系感染占69%,其次为上呼吸道感染及幻觉痛.提示加强对截瘫病人的尿道护理是减少尿毒症发生的主要措施.

| Abstract: | The complication of paraplegia in 56 patients was analysed in this paper. The results indicated that urinary infection occurred in 69% of paraplegia patients,and then upper respiratory infection and hallucination pain. It is suggested that the intensive care of urinary tract is an important measure to decrease the incidence of uremia. |
