| 摘 要： | [目的]观察抗肺癌合剂对C57BL／6小鼠Lewis肺癌的抑制作用，并从分子水平观察其对肿瘤组织VEGF表达的影响。[方法]C57BL／6近交系小鼠50只，造模后，抗肺癌合剂（低、中、高3个剂量）、生理盐水、CTX分别作用于动物模型。15d后处死所有动物，剥取瘤组织称重，并计算抑瘤率；应用免疫组化法及图像分析技术检测瘤组织VEGF表达的积分光密度。[结果]在平均瘤重上，中药高剂量组与模型组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；在肿瘤组织VEGF表达上，中药高剂量组与模型组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。Ee论]抗肺癌合剂能抑制Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤生长，并能降低Lewis肺癌小鼠肿瘤组织VEGF表达。
