缬沙坦单用及合用治疗老年性轻、中度原发性高血压80例

目的：比较缬沙坦单用及与福辛普利或非洛地平合用对老年性轻、中度原发性高血压的降压疗效。方法：80例老年性轻、中度高血压患者，经过2wk安慰剂导入期后，单服缬沙坦80mg，qd。4wk后随机分2组，分别联合服用福辛普利10mg，qd，或非洛地平5mg，（Id，均为4wk。治疗前及治疗后4wk和8wk行24h动态血压监测，并测治疗前后坐位血压。结果：缬沙坦单用4wk后，坐位血压和24h动态血压均下降（P〈0＋01或P〈0．05）。缬沙坦与福辛普利或非洛地平合用4wk后坐位血压总有效率从45％增加为88％和85％；动态血压显示联合用药降压作用较明显。结论：缬沙坦单用有长效的降压作用，与福辛普利或非洛地平联合用药有叠加降压作用。

Antihypertensive effects of valsartan single and combined treatments on 80 patients with mind to moderate essential hypertension

Objective:To observe antihypertensive effects of used alone and combined with fosinopril or felidipine on patients with essential hypertension.Methods:Following 2 wk placebolead-in period,80 patients received valsartan 80 mg,po,qd for 4 wk,then,followed by combination with fosinopril 10 mg,po,qd(n=40) or felidipine 5 mg,po,qd(n=40) for another 4 wk.Blood pressure changes were derived from clinic measurements(at 0,2,4,6 and 8 wk of treatment) and 24-hour BP ambulatory monitoring(at 0,4,and 8 wk).Results: After 4 wk of valsartan monotherapy,seated systolic and diastolic blood pressure were decreased significantly(P<0.01)and the total response rates of seated BP were 45%;24-houre ambulatory blood pressure were lowed(P<0.05).After 4 wk of combined treatments,the total responder rates of seated BP were 88% for fosinopril group and 85% for felodipine group,and the antihypertensive effect of the former was better than that of the latter by 24-houre BP ambulatory monitoring.Conclusions: Valsartan single provided the patients with clinically significant sustained BP reductions over a full 24-houre,and the combination therapies showed an additive antihypertensive effect.
