二半汤对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的研究

目的:观察二半汤临床控制老年2型糖尿病患者血糖的效果。方法:选取2013年1~12月本院新诊248例老年2型糖尿病患者病例,随机分为2组,各124例。对照组以二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用二半汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、血糖指标、胰岛功能指标。结果:经3月治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为94.4%,高于对照组的79.8%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(P2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)显著改善(P0.05),观察组各指标水平明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后2组患者空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C肽(FCP)、胰岛素抵抗水平指标(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞分泌功能指标(HOMA-β)明显改善(P0.05);观察组胰岛功能显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:二半汤联合二甲双胍能有效控制老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖,疗效显著,值得推广。

Effect of Erban Decoction on Blood Sugar of Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective： To investigate the effect of Erban decoction on blood sugar of senile patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： Two hundred and forty-eight cases of senile patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in Zengcheng People＇s Hospital from January of 2013 to December of 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 124 in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with metformin, and patients in the observation group were treated with Erban decoction combined with metformin. The clinical efficacy, blood sugar and pancreatic islet function of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment for 3 months, the total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group, and was 79.8% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. The levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose（P2hBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin A（HbAlc）were improved after treatment（P〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）in both group, and the improvement of the observation indexes in the observation group after treatment was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. The levels of fasting insulin（FINS）, fasting C-peptide（FCP）, HOMA insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）and HOMA 15 cell function（HOMA-15） were improved after treatment （P 〈0.05 compared with those before treatment）in both group, and the improvement in the observation group after treatment was superior to that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Erban decoction can effectively control blood sugar level of senile patients with type 2 diabetes, and has the prospect for popularization.
