| 摘 要： | 本文试从珍稀濒危中药资源的现状和保护入手,结合国际保护公约和协议的介绍,探讨了我国珍稀濒危中药资源保护所存在的问题及相关的对策。结论:积极开展立法保护,运用现代生物技术对珍稀濒危物种进行组织培养、细胞培养,实施离体保护,将对中药资源保护具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | Trying to start from the present situ ation and protection of rare and endangered Chinese medicinal resources and com-bining the presenta tion of related i nternational conventions and agreements on the protection of t hese reso urces,this article discusses the problems exis ting in the protection of rare and endangered Chinese medicinal resources and the countermeasures for them,and draws a conclusion as follows:Active legislation on the protection a nd the Application of modern biotechnologies to the tissu e dulture,cell cultur e and extra -body preservation of rare and endangered species of Chinese medici nal resources will be of far -reaching significance. |
