受体技术与中药研究

将受体学理论和实验技术引用到中药研究领域应用前景广阔。本文从受体角度和从中药生物效应入手,提出了中药生物效应鉴定法,其意义在于搞清有效中药的作用机制和药效物质基础,实现中药质量研究标准化、规范化,使中药鉴定学科直接服务于临床、服务于现代中药新药的研制与开发。本文就受体学基本理论和实验技术进行了介绍。

Receptor Technology and Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine

There exist broad proad prospects of application in the introduction of receptor theory and experimental techniques into the study of traditional Chinese medicine starting from receptor and the biological effect of the taditional Chinese medicine (TCM) this article presents the assay of TCM biological effect, which aims at fimding out the effective mechanisms and material bases of effective Chinese drugs so as to achieve the standardization and normalization in the study on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine, and as the resu the discipline of TCM assay may directly serve clinic treament and the research and development of new Chinese drugs. In this article the basic theories and experimental techniques of receptor technology are described as well.
