摘    要:本文介绍了作者运用生物筛选法筛选出了中药材川芎、麻黄和天麻中的主要活性成分。确定川芎中主要活性成分为香兰素、阿魏酸和洋川芎内酯类化合物;麻黄中主要活性成分为麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、去甲基麻黄碱和去甲基伪麻黄碱;天麻中主要活性成分为天麻苷元和天麻苷。作者认为生物筛选法所得结果与已有研究报道基本一致,说明生物筛选法是一种快速、准确的中药活性成分筛选方法。

Sieving Active Ingredients of Chinese Traditional Medicines by Biological Methods

Abstract:In this article a biological method for sieving active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines is described, by which the active ingredients of Chuanxiong,Mahuang and Tianma have been obtained as follows: The main active ingredients are vanillin, ferulic acid and senkyunolides in Chuanxiong; ephedrine alkaloids in Mahuang; gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Tianma. These results coincide with those reported in literatures, which show that biological methods are rapid and reliable for sieving active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines.
