从日本健康食品市场看我国中药资源利用

摘    要:日本现今正处于健康食品的第三次热潮之中 ,特别是利用中药资源开发的中药型健康食品倍受青睐 ,而这些健康食品的原料来源于中国 ,这一现象应引起我们重视。日本是我国中药出口的第一大国 ,目前我国出口日本的健康食品多以原料形式出口 ,利润较低 ,其原因是我国企业缺乏以中药理论为基础的新产品设计能力。以中药理论为技术核心 ,以现代化产品为设计思想 ,开拓国际健康食品市场 ,直接参与国际竞争 ,是中国企业的机遇与希望。

Abstract:In Japan, health food, especially the health food processed out of imported Chinese medicinal materials (CMM), is getting more and more popular. This fact deserves our attention. As the Chinese enterprises are weak in the design and development of new products on the basis of CMM theory, the health food presently exported to Japan is mostly in the from of raw material and thus low in profit. To meet this challenge, Chinese enterprises should spare no effort to apply CMM theory as technological basis so as to develop modernized products, open up international health food market and participate in global competition.
