| 摘 要： | 建立麝香保心片中华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基的含量测定方法。应用 HPLC法,采用 ODSC18柱,0.5％磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(45:55)(用磷酸调节 pH值为 3.2)为流动相,检测波长为 296nm。结果:华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基的平均加样回收率分别为97.54％和97.60％,RSD分别为1.43％和1.69％,精密度和重现性均良好。结论:本法操作简便、快速、准确,可用来控制样品的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a simple and accurate HPLC method for the determination of cinobufagin andrecibufogenin in Shexiangbaoxin tablet. Method: HPLC method is established by using 0.5% potassium phosphate monobasic?acetonitrile (45:55) ( adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase and with a detected wavelength of 296nm. Results: The average recovery is 97.54% for cinobufagin and 97.60% for recibufogenin, and RSD is 1.43% and 1.69% respectively. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid and reliable and suitable for the determination of cinobufagin and recibufogenin concentration in Shexiang baoxin tablet. |
