| 摘 要： | 在资金有限和技术相对落后的情况下，如何开展我国的功能基因组研究，尽快进行具有资源优势的海洋生物功能基因组研究无疑是我国基因组研究领域赶超国际的突破口之一。结合现代基因组学的研究进展和发展趋势，以及我国传统中医药学研究和应用的基础，本文从一个新视角提出了开展药用海洋生物功能基因组研究的策略。为促进我国中医药的现代化和海洋生物肽类活性物质的研究提供了一个全新的思路和方向。本刊开辟“药学前沿”栏目，选登优秀的前沿药学研究论文，目的是活跃交叉科学和边缘学科在中药研究领域的碰撞，促进中药研究的发展。

| Abstract: | In order to catch up with and surpass the world level in the field of genomics, it will undoubtedly be of a breakthrough point to make rapid development of functional genomics of marine organisms which enjoy their advantage in resources in China. In this paper, a new research strategy of functional genomics of medicinal marine organisms is proposed in the fields of modern genomics and the traditional Chinese medicine. The proposal provides new ideas and direction for promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and for studying active peptides of marine organisms in China. |
