| 摘 要： | 2001年12月,陕西省被科技部批准为中药材种植基地省,为西部经济建设树立了一个新的目标,本文即是:陕西省在这一背景下制定的发展计划。该计划描述了我国中药发展的背景和意义,通过分析陕西省在发展中药方面的优势和存在的问题,明确提出了陕西省实施中药现代化的目标、对策和途径,并就做大做强陕西中药科技产业进行了深入的解析。本文可读性强,可供各级政府主管部门制定发展计划时借鉴。
