| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症手术失败原因。方法 回顾分析我们收治的 31例腰椎间盘突出症手术失败患者的临床资料。结果 手术失败原因主要为椎间隙的定位错误、复发、遗漏和感染。另外本组手术失败患者局麻所占比例较大。结论 术者认真是避免患者手术失败的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the causes of the failure of the lumbar disc herniation operation.Methods To analyse the clinical materials of the 31 cases of patients with previous operation failure of lumbar disc herniation.Results The causes of the failure of the lumbar disc operations are as follow:mistake location,recurrence,miss of free piece of the herniated disc and infection.Most of the patients in this group were operated on with local anaesthesia.Conclusion The principal measure of prevention of the failure of the lumbar disc herniation operation is up to the earnest of surgeons. |
