土壤中微量金属元素的超声波提取技术研究

摘    要:目的探索超声提取土壤中金属元素的最佳试验条件,建立一种方便、快捷的提取土壤中金属元素的方法。方法采用超声提取法提取土壤中的Pb、Cu、Zn3种微量金属元素,火焰原子吸收光谱法检测样品中各元素的含量。结果实验对酸提取液的浓度、超声时间和超声温度等进行了优化,在优化的实验条件下,利用超声提取后测得土壤中Pb、Cu、Zn的含量分别达到了湿法消化后测得结果的94.6%、74.5%、70.8%。结论超声波提取方法快速,可靠,操作简单,可用于土壤样品中Pb、Cu、Zn3种金属元素的提取。

Abstract:Objective An ultrasonic extraction for extracting Pb,Cu and Zn from the soil has been studied.Methods These metallic elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The effects of several key operational parameters such as acid extraction solution concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized.Conclusion The obtained results showed that there was a fairly close agreement between the results of ultrasonic extraction and Wet digestion method.
