| 摘 要： | 目的研究不规范出院诊断对ICD-10编码的不同影响.方法对不规范出院诊断进行分析,找出其对ICD-10编码的影响.结果有十种类型的不规范出院诊断影响了ICD-10编码工作.结论规范的出院诊断是正确进行lCD-10编码的保证,临床医生应正确书写出院诊断.

Methods Analyzing the nonstandard discharge diagnoses and finding out their influence on coding.Results there are 10 kinds of nonstandard that influenced the ICD-10 coding.Conclusion Standard discharge diagnoses are the guarantee of correct coding by ICD-10. |
