男性泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的两种免疫检测方法的比较

目的 比较VIDS衣原体试验（VIDAS CHL）和“立明”衣原体快速法（C－C法）的敏感性和特异性。方法 同时用细胞培养（Tc)、聚合酶链反应技术（PCR）、VIDAS CHL、C－C法对230例男性患者进行了衣原体检测。结果 以Tc为金标准，VIDAS CHL、C－C法的敏感性和特异性分别是97．9％、95．6％，85．4％、99．5％，两者间差异无显著性；而以扩大金标准来比较，它们的敏感性特异分别是96．2％、98．3％，79．2％、100％，在敏感性方面两者之间差异有显著性。结论 VIDAS CHL是一种检测沙眼衣原体的自动酶联免疫荧光方法，由于其阳性和可疑结果可以经阻抑试验证实，故保证了结果的准确性，而且其敏感性更高，显示了比C－C法更优的应用前景。

Comparison of Two Immunoassays for the Detection of Chlamydia Trachomatis in Male Urethral and Urine Specimens

Objective To compare the sensitivity and specificity of VIDAS CHL with that of clearview chlamydia MF(C-C MF) . Methods Tissue culture (Tc) , PCR, VIDAS CHL and C-C MF were used to detect chlamydia antigens in 230 male patients. Results When compared to Tc, the sensitivity, specificity were 97.9% ,95.6% for VIDAS CHL, and 85.4% ,99. 5% for C-C MF, respectively, there was no statistical difference between VIDAS CHL and C-C MF, but in comparison with expanded gold standerd,the sensitivty,specificity were 96.2% ,98.3% for VIDAS CHL,and 79.2% ,100% for C-C MF,there was obvious difference in sensitivity between them. Conclusion Because the VIDAS CHL is an automated enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay for the the direct detection of chlamydia antigens, positive and equivocal results are confirmed with a blocking assay,and it was more sensitive than C-C MF,so the VIDAS CHL is an attractive alternative.
