男性泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的两种免疫检测方法的比较

摘    要:目的 比较VIDS衣原体试验(VIDAS CHL)和“立明”衣原体快速法(C-C法)的敏感性和特异性。方法 同时用细胞培养(Tc)、聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)、VIDAS CHL、C-C法对230例男性患者进行了衣原体检测。结果 以Tc为金标准,VIDAS CHL、C-C法的敏感性和特异性分别是97.9%、95.6%,85.4%、99.5%,两者间差异无显著性;而以扩大金标准来比较,它们的敏感性特异分别是96.2%、98.3%,79.2%、100%,在敏感性方面两者之间差异有显著性。结论 VIDAS CHL是一种检测沙眼衣原体的自动酶联免疫荧光方法,由于其阳性和可疑结果可以经阻抑试验证实,故保证了结果的准确性,而且其敏感性更高,显示了比C-C法更优的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To compare the sensitivity and specificity of VIDAS CHL with that of clearview chlamydia MF(C-C MF) . Methods Tissue culture (Tc) , PCR, VIDAS CHL and C-C MF were used to detect chlamydia antigens in 230 male patients. Results When compared to Tc, the sensitivity, specificity were 97.9% ,95.6% for VIDAS CHL, and 85.4% ,99. 5% for C-C MF, respectively, there was no statistical difference between VIDAS CHL and C-C MF, but in comparison with expanded gold standerd,the sensitivty,specificity were 96.2% ,98.3% for VIDAS CHL,and 79.2% ,100% for C-C MF,there was obvious difference in sensitivity between them. Conclusion Because the VIDAS CHL is an automated enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay for the the direct detection of chlamydia antigens, positive and equivocal results are confirmed with a blocking assay,and it was more sensitive than C-C MF,so the VIDAS CHL is an attractive alternative.
