摘    要:目的:观察水提(蒸馏水)和醇提(95%医用乙醇)两种方法提取黄连有效成分对感染白色念珠菌小鼠模型的抗真菌活性,为临床抗真菌提供实验依据。方法:采用C57BL/6纯系小鼠尾静脉注射白色念珠菌液的方式,制作真菌感染动物模型,共30只。随机分为模型对照组、水提组、醇提组,每组10只。分别给予蒸馏水、黄连水提液、黄连醇提液灌胃,观察3组小鼠50%死亡时间及肾脏组织菌落计数。结果:水提组、醇提组与模型对照组比较,均使模型小鼠生存时间明显延长,肾脏组织菌落计数明显较少,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。醇提组较水提组抑菌效果更佳,两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药黄连具有很好的抗真菌作用,醇提较水提能够更好地抑制白色念珠菌的活性。

Study on Antifungal Activity by Two Extract of Rhizoma Coptidis

Abstract:Objective :To observe the antifungal activity of water extract(distilled water) and ethanol(95%ethanol) extract of Rhizoma coptidis in a mouse model infected with Candida albicans,to provide an experimental basis for clinical antifungal medicine. Methods:The model of fungal infection was made by injecting Candida albicans into the tail vein of C57 BL/6 pure bred mice. There were 30 mice randomly divided into model control group,water extraction group and alcohol extraction group,10 mice in each group,and were given distilled water,water extract and alcohol extract,respectively. The lethal dose-50 time and the colony of renal tissue were counted in the 3 groups. Results:Compared with the model control group,the survival time in the alcohol extract group and water extract group was significantly increased and the number of bacterial colonies in the water extraction group and the alcohol extraction group was obviously less,with significant difference(P<0.05). The alcohol extract group had better antibacterial effect than the water extract group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Rhizoma coptidis has good antifungal activity,and alcohol extract can inhibit the activity of Candida albicans better than water extract.
