针刺治疗干眼症临床研究

目的 :观察针刺治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法 :将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用睛明、攒竹、丝竹空、四白、瞳子髎等穴位毫针针刺治疗,对照组给予人工泪液治疗,观察两组治疗前后泪液分泌量及眼部症状积分改善情况。结果:观察组与对照组在治疗前后泪液分泌量及眼部症状积分改善情况上均有差异,观察组有效率93.3%,优于对照组有效率81.7%(P0.01)。结论:针刺治疗干眼的临床疗效优于人工泪液。

Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture for Dry Eyes

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on dry eyes. Method:There were 120 patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. In the observation group,patients were treated by needling jing ming(BL 1),cuan zhu(BL 2),si zhu kong(SJ 23),tong zi liao(GB 1),and other acu-points,while in the control group patients were treated with artificial tears. Changes on tear secretion volume and changes of eye symptoms integral were observed between before and after treatment. Results:Both the observation group and control group had significant differences on tear secretion volume and eye symptoms integral between before and after the treatment. The effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%, which higher than that in the control group 81.7%(P<0.01). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of acupuncture on dry eye is better than that of artificial tears.
