参苓白术散含药血清体外抗轮状病毒的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究参苓白术散含药血清体外抑制轮状病毒(RV)的作用及其机制。方法:以MA104细胞为研究模型,采取血清药理学实验方法,观察细胞病变效应(CPE)和测定参苓白术散含药血清抑制轮状病毒(SA11株)生物合成、直接灭活病毒、抗病毒吸附的作用。结果:参苓白术散各浓度含药血清抑制轮状病毒生物合成的作用和直接灭活轮状病毒的作用均较强,与相应浓度空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),且呈明显的剂量-反应关系。20%和10%浓度的参苓白术散含药血清抗轮状病毒吸附作用要明显优于利巴韦林,但是其总体抗病毒吸附率不高,作用较弱。结论:参苓白术散在体外有一定的抗轮状病毒作用,主要通过直接灭活轮状病毒以及抑制轮状病毒生物合成而发挥作用。

In Vitro Experimental Study of Shenling Baizhu Powder Containing Serum against Rotavirus

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder containing serum on inhibiting rotavirus(RV) in vitro and its mechanism. Method:MA104 cells were used as the research model,serum pharmacology experiment was applied to observe the cytopathic effect(CPE) and to determine the effect of Shenling Baizhu powder containing serum on the biosynthesis of rotavirus(SA11),direct inactivation of virus and anti-viral adsorption effect. Results:The effect of Shenling Baizhu powder of different concentrations on the biosynthesis of rotavirus and the direct inactivation of rotavirus were stronger than those in the blank control group,with obviously statistical difference(P <0.01), and obvious dose-response relationship. The Shenling Baizhu powder of 20% and 10% concentration containing serum showed stronger anti-adsorption on rotavirus anti-rotavirus than ribavirin,but its overall antiviral adsorption rate was not high,with weak effect. Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu powder has certain anti-rotavirus effect in vitro,and its antiviral effect is mainly through direct inactivation of rotavirus and inhibition of rotavirus biosynthesis.
