以疽论治溃疡性结肠炎

溃疡性结肠炎的中医治疗历来以内科辨证思维为主导,认为溃疡性结肠炎的病机、临床症状、内镜特点、疾病严重程度及疾病预后均与中医的"疽"相似。现借鉴中医外科治疽经验论治溃疡性结肠炎,注重阴阳、气血辨证及局部辨证,将本病分为活动期和缓解期。疾病活动期采用白头翁汤加减,缓解期采用托里消毒散加减,结合中医保留灌肠及针灸,临床获得很好的疗效。

Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on Subcutaneous Ulcer

The treatment of ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has always been guided by syndrome differentiation of internal medicine. The disease mechanism,clinical symptoms,endoscopic features,severity and prognosis of ulcerative colitis are similar to "subcutaneous ulcer" in TCM. Based on the treatment experience of TCM surgery on subcutaneous ulcer,ulcerative colitis was treated based on syndrome differentiation of yin,yang,qi and blood as well as localized syndrome differentiation. This disease is divided into active and remission stages. In active stage,Baitouweng decoction was applied while in the remission stag,Tuoli Xiaodu powder was applied. Besides,acupuncture and retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine were also applied. Clinically,such treatments could ensure satisfactory effect.
