基于系统辨证脉学构建气变特色脉诊诊断体系

气变是百病之始、百病之因,中医辨证的前提在于辨气,气变脉随之变,脉变可早于症状和体征出现。本文提出以脉辨气为先导的诊治与治未病思路。将气变根据气的运动状态和性质分为气逆、气陷、气郁、气闭、气脱和气虚六种状态。运用系统辨证脉学构建出气变系统的诊断体系,将对发展中医的诊断和提高临床诊治水平具有重要的意义。

The Construction of Pulse Diagnosis System of Qi Change Based on Syndrome Differentiation Systemic Syndrome Differentiation Sphygmology

Qi Change is the beginning and cause of all diseases. Distinguishing qi is the premise of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation. Qi change can influence the pulse condition and the variation of the pulse condition often appears before the symptoms and the signs. In this paper,it is proposed that differentiating qi based on pulse as the premise for diagnosis and treatment and treating pre-disease. According to the movement and nature of the qi,qi change can be divided into 6 conditions:qi rebellion,qi sinking,qi stagnation,qi blockage,qi collapse and qi deficiency. Based on systemic syndrome differentiation sphygmology,pulse diagnosis system of qi change is established,which is of great significance to the development of TCM diagnosis and treatment.
