| 摘 要： | 有关儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的研究越来越深入,但既往的研究领域重点关注的是呼吸参数的改变,如呼吸暂停低通气指数、最低血氧饱和度等,有关OSAHS对儿童睡眠结构影响的研究甚少,且研究的结论存在争议。OSAHS儿童存在严重的睡眠结构紊乱,今后应对此进行广泛而深入的研究。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many studies have been conducted on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children, but most of the research has been focused on respiratory parameters such as the apnea hypopnea index and the lowest oxygen saturation. Few studies have focused on changes in sleep structure disorder, and the conclusions of the studies are inconsistent. |
