心脑血管疾病社区综合防治试点的效果评价

目的 开展社区综合防治措施，探索防治心脑血管病的有效途径。方法 在珠海市拱北地区随机抽取2居1村近5000人，以60岁以上老人和心脑血和病患为重点防治对象，开展为期2年的社区综合性防治措施的研究，设相应对照组。结果 经2年的社区综合防治后，试验组≥60岁人群高血压患病率由54.37%下降到45.96%(X^2=4.10,P=0.04)；高血压发病率为0.11%，较对照组0.50%低（X^2=12.01,P=0.00)；高血压控制率为78.32%，较对照组44.92%高（X^2=31.03,P=0.00)。两组脑卒中，冠心病的发病率，脑卒中死亡专率差异无显性。结论 开展社区综合性防治措施，是防治高血压，脑卒中等心脑血管病的有效途径之一。

Evaluation of A Community Comprehensive Trial Program for Cardio-cerebrovascular Diseases Prevention and Control

Objective To evaluate a community comprehensive trial program for cardio-cerebrovascu-lar diseases prevention and control.Methods Two residential communities and one village with almost 5 thou sands population were selected from Gongbei District of Zhuhai City as the trial sites. People over 60 years and people with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases were the target intervention group and followed for two years. A control group was selected. Results In the intervention group, the prevalence rate of hypertension decreased from 54.37% to 45.96% (x2 =4.10, P=0.04). The incidence rate of hypertension (0.11%) in the inter vention group was significantly lower than that (0. 50% ) in the control group ( X2=12.01, P < 0.01) . The rates of hypertension under control in the intervention group and the control group were 78.32% and 46.43% re spectively (X2 =31.03, P<0.01). There is no significantly difference in the incidence rates of cerebral apoplexy, coronary heart disease and the specific mortality of cerebral apoplexy between two groups. Conclusion These results suggest the community comprehensive prevention is an effective measure to prevent and control car dio-cerebrovascular diseases.
