医院船医务人员晕船病发生状况的调查

目的　探讨医院船医务人员 (以下称医院船人员 )晕船状况及其影响因素 ,为预防晕船病提供科学依据。方法　在出航前一个星期和出航第 2天采用自行设计一般项目调查表、状态—特质焦虑问卷、特质应对方式问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对 12 6名医院船人员进行调查。结果　轻度晕船 5 9例 ,中度晕船 2 8例 ,重度晕船 4例。出航后状态焦虑分明显高于出航前 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而特质焦虑分出航前后差异不显著。 5 2. 4 %的人睡眠质量差 ,PSQI各成分之间多数均成显著性正相关关系 (P <0 . 0 1) ,睡眠质量、入睡时间、PSQI总分与消极应对方式呈显著正相关关系 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论　晕船者存在焦虑的负性情绪体验 ,应对医院船人员加强抗缺氧、抗躁音、抗异味、抗晃动等为一体的综合训练和心理耐力训练。

Sea sickness in medical workers on board hospital ships

Objective To investigate the state of sea sickness and relevant influencing factors in medical workers on board hospital ships. Methods Before going to sea and the second days during navigation, a series of questionnaire survey including general items questionnaire, state-trait anxiety inventory, trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were conducted among 126 medical workers on board hospital ships. Results There were 59 persons with mild sea sickness,28 persons with moderate sea sickness,4 persons with severe sea sickness. State anxiety scores after navigation were significantly higher than before navigation(P<0.01). Trait anxiety scores were not significantly different before and after navigation. 52.4% of medical workers on board hospital ships had sleep problems. It was significantly positive correlation among all kinds of elements of PSQI(P<0.01). It was significantly positive correlation between sleep quality, falling sleep time, general score of PSQI and passive coping methods. Conclusion Medical workers with sea sickness had anxiety. Comprehensive train and psychological toleration train for medical workers on board hospital ships should be strengthened.
