多层螺旋CT诊断胸食管异物损伤的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨MSCT诊断胸食管异物损伤的临床价值。方法 22例胸食管异物损伤患者均接受MSCT平扫,其中13例接受增强薄层扫描及后处理成像。依据MSCT特征、结合临床表现决定诊断及治疗方案。结果 MSCT平扫及后处理影像诊断与临床诊断的总符合率分别为68.18%(15/22)和76.92%(10/13),结合临床特征均确诊。22例中,痊愈20例,死亡2例。结论 MSCT是诊断胸食管异物损伤的最具临床价值的影像学方法,结合临床特征可确诊,对制定科学、合理的治疗方案具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of MSCT in diagnosis of intra-thoracic esophageal injury caused by foreign body. Methods A total of 22 patients with intra-thoracic esophageal injury caused by foreign body were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent MSCT plain scan, 13 of them underwent enhanced scan, and then post-processing techniques were applied. Diagnosis and therapy decision were based on the performance of MSCT and clinical features. Results The coincidence rate was 68.18% (15/22) and 76.92% (10/13) of MSCT plain scan and post-processing with treatment results. Combined with clinical characteristics, MSCT accurately diagnosed all injuries. Twenty patients were cured eventually, two patients died. Conclusion MSCT is of great clinical value for the diagnosis of intra-thoracic esophageal injury caused by foreign body. Combined with clinical characteristics, MSCT can accurately diagnose and classify intra-thoracic esophageal injury, contributing to the therapy strategy of these lesions.
