血清胆固醇水平与脑出血关系的探讨

摘    要:对脑出血、脑梗塞及急性心肌梗塞(AMI)各104例的血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)进行回顾性分析。结果显示脑梗塞组AMI组血清TC均值分别为5.25mmol/L、5.53mmol/L;血清TG浓度分别为1.76mmol/L、1.70mmol/L,两组间均无明显差异(P<0.05)。而脑出血组血清TC均值为4.68mmol/L;TG均值为1.29mmol/L,明显低于前两组,并有显著差异(P<0.01)。尽管对脑出血患者,高血压是最重要的危险因素,低TC致病的界值和机制还不完全清楚,但低水平的血TC作为背景条件,在高血压的参与下,可以使脑出血发病的危险性增加。

Abstract:A retrospective study on serum cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) was performed in 312 subjects with cerebral hemorrhage ,cerebral infarction and acute myocardial infarction(104 cases respectively). The results showed that the mean value of serum TC were 5. 25mmol/L , 5. 53mmol/L respectively ,the mean value of serum TG were 1. 76mmol/L , 1. 70mmol/L respectively for cerebral infarction and acute myocardial infarction. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). The mean value of serum TC concentration was 4. 68mmol/L for cerebral hemorrhage and serum TG was 1. 29mmol/L. They were much lower than cerebral infarction and acute myocardial infarction(P<0. 01). Although hypertension is the most important risk factor for cerebral hemorrhage ,the boundary of pathogenic hypocholesterol and its mechanism remain unclear. However , very low serum TC appears to be an underlying condition that can play a role in the pathogenesis of in-tracerebral hemorrhage in the presence of hypertension.
