普伐他汀、阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白及白介素-6的影响

目的探讨普伐他汀、阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛（UA）患者C反应蛋白（CRP）和白介素-6（IL-6）的影响。方法将136例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为普伐他汀组（46例）、阿托伐他汀组（46例）、常规治疗组（44例）,测定治疗前,治疗8周后CRP、IL-6、血脂。结果普伐他汀组及阿托伐他汀组治疗前后CRP、IL-6、血脂均有显著下降（P〈0.05）,且阿托伐他汀组较普伐他汀组血脂下降显著（P〈0.05）,而常规治疗组CRP、IL-6、血脂无明显变化;阿托伐他汀组、普伐他汀组治疗前后血脂下降与CRP、IL-6下降没有相关性（P〉0.05）。结论普伐他汀、阿托伐他汀均可降低UA患者CRP、IL-6、血脂,均具有抗炎作用,其抗炎作用部分不依赖降脂作用。

Effect of Pravastatin and Atorvastatin on Serum C-reactive Protein and Interleukin-6 in Patients with Unstable Angina

Objective To evaluate the effects of pravastatin and atorvastatin on serum C-reactive protein and IL-6 in patients with unstable angina. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients were randomly assigned into three groups: placebo therapy group,pravastatin group,and atorvastatin group.All patients received conventional drug and supportive therapy,in addition,the atorvastatin group received additional atorvastatin(10mg/d) for 8 w and the pravastatin group received additional pravastatin(20mg/d) for 8 w.Then all the patients' serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and blood lipids were measured just before and after therapy. Results Serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and lipid levels were significantly reduced in pravastatin and atorvastatin groups as compared with those of the placebo group(P<0.05),and the blood lipid level reduction in atorvastation group was significantly more than that of the pravastatin group(P<0.05).The reduction of serum C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels showed no correlation with the reduced lipid levels both in pravastatin group and atorvastatin group before and after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Pravastatin and atorvastatin potentiates the decline of serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and lipid levels in patients with unstable angina,their effects do not depend on the reduction of lipid level.
