| 摘 要： | 以期前凝集染色体（ＰＣＣ）技术测定１７例慢性粒细胞白血病（ＣＭＬ）和８例正常对照者骨髓细胞增殖潜能指数（ＰＰＩ）。结果显示，ＣＭＬ患者的ＰＰＩ值显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）。患者ＰＰＩ值同骨髓原始细胞加早幼粒细胞之间无相关性（ｒ＝－００７８５）。对１３例ＣＭＬ的随访提示ＰＰＩ值具有独立于形态学的预后价值

| Abstract: | The proliferative potential index(PPI) of bone marrow cells was detected by premature chromosome condensation(PCC) methods in 17 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML) and 8 healthy subjects.The results showed that PPI values in patients were obviously higher than those of control group(P<0 001).There was no correlation between percentage of myeloblasts plus promyelocytes in the bone marrow and PPI values(r=-0 0785).Results of follow-up studies of 13 patients showed that PPI values constituted a prognostic criterion independent of morphology. |
