摘    要:目的:构建、评价高盐高脂饲养诱导的代谢综合征大鼠(MS)动物模型。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠,于哺乳期(3周龄)后,随机分为3组(每组12只):正常盐组(0.5%NaCl,NS)、高盐组(4%NaCl,HS)和高盐高脂组(49%fat+4%NaCl,FS),持续饲养18周,测体重,颈总动脉插管直接测血压,血浆测血脂指标TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),测血清胰岛素和血糖值。结果:HS、FS组较NS组大鼠血压明显增高(P〈0.01),而HS组与FS组之间差异无统计学意义;FS组较NS组大鼠血脂明显增高,以TC、TG、LDL-C为主,三者均P〈0.01,HDL-C无明显改变(P〉0.05),HS组与NS组之间差异无统计学意义;FS组大鼠胰岛素抵抗指数较NS组明显升高(P〈0.01),HS组与NS组之间差异无统计学意义;FS组较NS组大鼠体重明显增加(P〈0.01),HS组与NS组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:长期高盐高脂饲养可诱导出符合或接近临床的代谢综合征大鼠模型。

Abstract:AIM:To establish and evaluate a rat model of metabolic syndrome induced by high fat and salt diet.
