摘    要:目的:探讨标本的不同处理对胰岛素检测结果的影响。方法:对用分离胶管、普通血清管和血清分离管保存的30份血液标本,分别于即时、第1、第4、第24、第48h测定胰岛素浓度,观察其浓度的变化。将2种不同溶血程度的血标本,放置在4℃、室温,分别于即时、第1和第4h测定胰岛素浓度,以评价标本溶血以及标本保存温度和放置时间对测定结果的影响。结果:普通血清管与分离胶管在4h内检测胰岛素浓度,结果差异无统计学意义,但放置24h或48h,检测结果差异有统计学意义。溶血可造成胰岛素测定浓度的下降,而且其下降程度与标本溶血程度、保存温度和放置时间呈正相关。结论:标本采集后要及时检测,不能及时测定时,应即时分离血清;分离胶管的应用保证了血清的及时分离,同时保证了胰岛素检测的质量。溶血可以引起胰岛素测定浓度的下降,应加以避免。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of different specimens on the detection of insulin.Methods:A tatal of 30 blood samples were preserved by separation gel tube,serum-erythrocyte-coexisted tube and serum-separated tube,respectively.To analyze change of the concentration of insulin,insulin was detected in instant time,1h,4h,24h,48h,respectively.Two kinds of different hemolytic specimens were reserved respectively in 4℃ or in room temperature.Insulin was detected in instant time,1h,4h,respectively.To evaluate the influence of hemolytic specimens,reserved temperature and time on the detection of insulin.Results:In four hours,the concentration of insulin in two kinds of tubes didn't exist significant differences.But in 24h or 48h,there were significant differences.The decline of insulin was caused by hemolysis.The higher the hemolysis was,the lower the concentration of insulin in serum was.The lower the temperature or the longer the time was,the lower the insulin was.Conclusions:To detect insulin timely after collecting specimen,or we shall immediately separate serum.Using the separation gel tube,it separates the serum from specimens timely and ensures the quality of detection.Hemolysis can cause to decrease insulin,so it should be avoided.
