指压天突穴吸痰用于老年COPD患者的效果观察

目的探讨有效的为老年COPD合并呼衰患者吸痰的方法。方法将80例老年COPD患者随机分为实验组40例、对照组40例。两组均行常规抗炎、平喘、止咳、化痰、对症治疗和常规护理，实验组采用指压天突穴吸痰法，对照组采用传统吸痰法。结果实验组患者排痰困难明显减轻，呼吸困难明显缓解，总有效率达95．00％；对照组总有效率75．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论指压天突穴吸痰可促进老年COPD患者的排痰，效果满意，操作简单，不良反应少。

The clinical effects of expectoration of patients with old COPD by massaging Tian Tu acupoint method of sputum suction

Objective To observe the clinical effects of expectoration of patients with old COPD by massaging Tian Tu acupoint method of sputum suction. Methods 80 cases were evenly divided randomly into experimental and control group. All the patients received anti-inflammatory, anti-asthmatic, antitussive treatments and cared with routine nursing. Beside, sputum suction by massaging on Tian To acupeint was applied in the experimental group and conventional suction method in the control group. Results In experimental group, the difficulties in expectoration and dyspnea of the patients were relieved remarkably, the total effective rate was 95%, while in control group, the relief of the difficulties happened to only 75% of the patients. The discrepancy between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Method of sputum suction by massaging on Tian Tu acupoint is a good choice to treat the expectoration difficulties for the old COPD patients. It's worthy of popularization because of its easier operation and fewer complications.
