拮氟锐对氟暴露工人血清微量元素和免疫球蛋白含量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察拮氟锐对氟暴露工人血清微量元素和免疫球蛋白含量的影响。方法:选择某铝厂22名非暴露工人作为对照组(A组),44名氟暴露工人随机分为安慰剂组(B组)和服用拮氟锐药物组(C组)。测定服药前后血清铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、镁(Ca)离子含量,以及血清免疫球蛋白G、A、M含量。结果:服药前B、C组血清Cu、Zn离子含量低于A组(p<0.01);服药后C组Cu、Zn离子含量明显高于B组(p<0.01),与A组比较无显著性差异,与服药前比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。服药前B、C组血清免疫球蛋白均低于A组,其中IgG含量明显低于A组(p<0.01);服药后C组免疫球蛋白IgG含量明显高于B组(p<0.01),与服药前比较有显著性差异(p<0.01);血清IgA、IgM含量服药前后各组间无显著差异。结论:拮氟锐能拮抗氟所致体内微量元素的改变,增强机体免疫功能,拮氟锐对工业氟病具有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Jiefurui on the trace elements and immunoglobulin in the workers exposed to the fluorides. Methods Twenty-two unexposed workers were as the control (group A), 44 workers exposed to the fluorides were divided into the placebo group (group B) and the Jiefurui group (group C), the contents of Cu~(2 ),Zn~(2 ),Ca~(2 ),Mg~(2 ) and Immunoglobulin G, A, M (IgG, IgA, IgM) in serum were measured. Results The contents of Cu~(2 ),Zn~(2 ) on workers exposed to the fluorides in serum were significantly lower than that in the unexposed group before given the Jiefurui(p<0.01). After given the Jiefurui, compared to the group B workers and before given the Jiefurui, the contens of Cu~(2 ),Zn~(2 ) in serum in the group C workers significantly increased(p<0.01). The contents of Immunoglobulin in workers exposed to the fluorides in serum were lower than that in the unexposed group before given the Jiefurui, and that of IgG in group C workers significantly decreased (p<0.01). After given the Jiefurui, compared to the group B workers and before given the Jiefurui, the contents of IgG in serum in the group C workers significantly increased(p<0.01), the contents of IgA, IgM have not be changed obviously.Conclusion The results suggested that the Jiefurui could antagonize the changes of trace elements by fluorides, promote the immune function. Jiefurui showed the effects of the prevention and therapy in the workers exposed to the fluorides.
