| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重症胰腺炎的手术时机。方法 回顾性分析 71例重症胰腺炎的治疗情况 ,其中行早期手术 44例 ,延期手术 2 7例。结果 早期手术组死亡 5例 ,并发症发生率为 14 % ,病死率为 11% ;延期手术组死亡 10例 ,并发症发生率为 48% ,病死率为 3 7% ,两组相比统计有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。结论 早期手术对一些重症胰腺炎患者仍然是必要的。尤其胰腺坏死广泛者 ,应在发生严重感染前进行手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operation time for severe pancreatitis.Methods Retrospectively analyze the treatment situation of 71 cases with severe pancreatitis,among which 44 cases given early operation,27 cases given delayed operation.Results In early operation group 5 cases died,complication incidence is 14%,mortality is 11%;in delayed operation group,10 cases died,complication incidence is 48%,mortality is 37%,compared the two groups,there's significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Early operation is still necessary for the patients with pancreatitis.Especially for the patients with extensive pancreatic necrosis,operation should be conducted before severe infection occurance. |
