舍格伦综合征—合并肾小管酸中毒的免疫学研究

目的:观察舍格伦综合征及合并肾小管酸中毒的免疫学改变。方法:对25例舍格伦综合征及合并肾小管酸中毒患者进行细胞免疫和体液免疫的检测。结果:舍格伦综合征及合并肾小管酸中毒患者,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4、CD4/CD8均下降,而血清IgG、IgA均升高。结论:舍格伦综合征及合并肾小管酸中毒患者的外分泌腺及肾间质中,以T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4下降为主的细胞免疫缺陷,并有过度体液免疫因素参与的异常免疫性疾病,而以舍格伦综合征并肾小管酸中毒尤为明显。

Investing of Immunology in the Sjogren's Syndrome and its Complicated with Renal Tubular Acidosis

Objective:Changs of immunology that the patients who suffered from sjgrens syndrome(SS) and its complicated with renal tubular acidosis(RTA) were observed. Methods:Detection of humoral immunity and cellular immunity were done in 25 patients who suffered from SS and its complicated with RTA. Results:There were CD4 CD4/CD8 to reduce in T lymphocyto subsets as well as IgG, IgA to increase in serum that appeared in the palient who suffered from SS and its complicated with RTA. Conclusion:It was abnormality immunity disease that cytoimmunity of reducity CD4 in lymphocyte subset was a dominant factor with particication of humoral immunity excession yet SS complicated with RTA patients were for more evident.
