| 摘 要： | 介绍了液体复苏的相关概念、液体复苏与重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）早期并发症之间的关系、护理干预措施对SAP病人液体复苏的影响。重点阐述了液体复苏的监护、参考指标的选择、监护记录表的改良、液体复苏的时间及顺序、液体复苏单位时间量。

| Abstract: | It introduced the related concepts of fluids resuscitation, the relationship between fluids resuscitation and early complications of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） patients, and the influence of nursing intervention on fluids resuscitation of SAP patients. It expounded mainly the monitoring of fluids resuscitation, the selection of reference indexes, the improvement of monitoring recording list, the time and the order of fluids resuscitation, and the unit and time amount of fluids resuscitation. |
