摘    要:目的:探讨平衡训练对脑卒中Pusher综合征患者下肢运动能力的影响。方法:Pusher综合征患者61例,将其随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例。2组均给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上加用Biodex平衡功能分析训练仪进行训练;训练前后进行功能性步行量表(FAC)、下肢运动功能评定量表(FMA)、日常生活活动能力Bar—thel指数(BI)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评定。结果:治疗5周后,2组FAC、FMA、BI及BBS评分均较治疗前明显提高(P〈0.05),且观察组更高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:平衡训练结合常规康复治疗对脑卒中Pusher综合征患者下肢运动能力的恢复较常规康复治疗效果更好。

Effects of balance training on lower limbs motor function of stroke patients with Pusher syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of balance training on lower limbs motor function of stroke patients with Pusher syndrome. Methods:Sixt-one patients with Pusher syndrome were randomly assigned into observation group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both two groups received normal rehabilitation therapy. The patients in observation group received Biodex balance equipment additionally. Clinical assessments were performed before and after treatment,including Functional Ambulation Category (FAC), Full Meyer scale (FAM), Barthel index (BI), and Balance scale (BBS). Results:After treatment for 5 weeks,FAC,FAM, BI, and BBS scores in both groups were increased as compared with those pretreatment (P〈0.05), and those in observation group were obviously higher than in control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusions:Balance training combined with normal rehabilitation therapy was more effective than normal rehabilitation therapy alone in improving lower limbs motor function of stroke patients with Pusher syndrome.
