Orem自理理论应用于脑梗死患者

目的:探讨Orem自理理论在脑梗死患者中的应用。方法:随机将患者分为2组,A组90例为整体护理,B组90例在实施整体护理基础上应用Orem自理理论评估患者的自理能力,采用不同的护理系统和健康教育,让患者和家属共同参与护理,出院时对患者的肌力、失语和吞咽功能进行评定。结果:两组的功能恢复差异有显著性。结论:将Orem自理理论应用于脑梗死患者的护理中,可以充分调动患者及家属的积极性,能提高自理能力,降低致残率,提高生存质量。

Application of orem self-care theory in patients with ischemic stroke

Objective:To evaluate the usage of Orem self-care theory in patiens with ischemic stroke.Methods:All patients were divided into holistic care group(90 cases) and observation group(90 cases) randomly.In all the 90 patiens of observation gorup,the self-care ability were evaluated by Orem self-care theory on the basis of holistic care,the different nursing systems and heathy education were performed.The muscle force,apraxia and ingurgitation function were estimated at the end of treatment.Results: The rehabilitation was significently different in two groups.Conclusion:Orem self-care theory is helpful to improve the self-care ability and living quality.
