膀胱癌组织及血、尿中血管生成因子和抑制因子表达的意义

摘    要:目的探讨膀胱癌患者血清、尿液及癌组织中血管生成因子和抑制因子的表达水平与膀胱癌分级、分期的相关性,为运用内源性血管生成抑制因子抗膀胱癌治疗提供依据。方法采用ELISA法检测20例不同分级、分期膀胱癌患者血清、尿液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF))、血管抑素(AS)、内皮抑素(ES)和Kringle5(K5)水平,免疫组织化学法检测膀胱癌组织标本中VEGF、AS、ES和K5表达情况。结果高分级、高分期组膀胱癌患者血清、尿液中VEGF、AS、ES和K5水平均高于低分级、低分期组(均P〈0.05);在膀胱癌组织中,VEGF、AS、ES和K5主要着色部位为癌细胞胞质和癌细胞周围微血管内皮细胞,除K5外,VEGF、AS和ES在高分级、高分期膀胱癌组织中的表达均较低分级、低分期膀胱癌组织中的表达要高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织及血清、尿液中VEGF、AS和ES表达水平与肿瘤分级、分期呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of pathologic grade and clinical stage with expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiostatin(AS),endostatin(ES),kringle 5(K5)in serum,urine,or bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues.Methods The expression level of VEGF,AS,ES and K5 in serum and urine were detected with ELISA,and the expression level of them in cancer tissue was detected with immunohistochemistry,then correlation of pathologic grade and clinical stage with the expression level of VEGF,AS,ES and K5 was analyzed.Results Expression level of VEGF,AS,ES,K5 in serum and urine in high-grade and high-stage groups is greater than in low-grade and low-stage groups(P〈0.05),and so is in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues except of K5.Conclusions Expression level of VEGF,AS,ES in serum,urine and bladder cancer tissues were positively correlated with pathologic grade and clinical stage.
