^125I粒子植入治疗前列腺癌122例临床分析

目的探讨125I粒子植入在前列腺癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 122例前列腺癌患者行粒子植入,经直肠B超引导,计算机确定治疗计划,经会阴穿刺植入前列腺125I放射粒子。结果全组手术顺利,平均植入125I放射粒子46粒,平均手术时间68min,术后平均住院时间6.5d。术后完整随访资料102例,随访时间为术后3个月～5年不等,平均PSA由12.50ng/ml降至0.18ng/ml;9例术后生化复发,经全激素阻断治疗后渐下降到0.15ng/ml以下,无1例出现严重的并发症。结论 125放射性粒子植入是一种可供选择的有效、微创的治疗前列腺癌的方法。

Clincial analysis of 122 cases prostate cancer for ^125I brachytherapy

Objective To investigate the clinical value of permanent125I prostate brachytherapy in patients with primary prostate cancer.Methods A total of 122 patients with prostate cancer underwent 125 I seeds prostate implantation.The implantations were guided by transperineal ultrasound,designed by computer,and completed by perineum puncture.Results The average number of 125I seeds was 46,the mean operation time was 68minutes,and the mean hospital stay was 6.5 days.102 cases had been followed up for 3-60 months.The mean value of PSA was decreased from 12.5 to 0.18 ng/ml.Nine cases,whose decrease of PSA values were less than 50%,were treated with the whole hormone blocking therapy to lower PSA below 0.15 ng/mL.There was no severe complications in all cases.Conclusions The brachytherapy with 125I seeds implantation is an effective andminimally invasive treatment for primary prostate cancer.
