坎地沙坦对膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87侵袭力和黏附力的影响

目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体（AT1R）拮抗剂坎地沙坦对膀胱癌BIU-87细胞株的侵袭力和黏附力的影响。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测膀胱癌BIU-87细胞株AT1R的表达,用Transwell法检测细胞侵袭力,用细胞同质黏附实验检测细胞黏附力。结果 AT1R拮抗剂坎地沙坦能降低BIU-87细胞株的侵袭能力和黏附能力。结论 AT1R拮抗剂有可能通过降低肿瘤细胞的侵袭、黏附能力和抑制血管生成而达到抗癌作用,AT1R拮抗剂将来可能会成为一种抗癌治疗的新方法。

The effect of candesartan on the invasion and adhesion ability of BIU-87 cell

Objective To investigate the effect of candesartan on the invasion ability and adhesion ability of bladder cancer cell lines（BIU-87）.Methods Immunochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of AT1R in bladder cancer cell lines（BIU-87）,transwell method and cell-cell adhesion were used to detect the invasion and metastasis ability of cell lines treated by candesartan.Results Candesartan can lower the invasion and adhesion ability of the BIU-87 cells.Conclusions AT1R antagonist may prevent bladder tumor growth by inhibiting the the invasiveness and the adhersion of BIU-87 cells and angiogenesis,and it is possible for AT1R antagonist to be the new approach of anticancer therapy.
