| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨FOXM1在涎腺腺样囊性癌的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测33例涎腺腺样囊性癌的FOXM1蛋白的表达水平，分析其表达与临床病理之间的关系。结果：FOXM1在33例腺样囊性癌中均有表达，表达强弱与病理分型相关，实体型的表达明显高于筛孔型和腺管型（P〈0．05）；FOXM1的表达与肿瘤的大小、发生部位、发病年龄、性别等无关（P〉0．05）。结论：FOXM1在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达与其病理分型有关。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of FOXM1 in SACC （salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma）. nethods：FOXM1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 33 cases of SACC and analyzed. The correlation with the clinical pathology parameter. Results：FOXM1 expressed in 33 cases of SACC. The FOXM1 expression was correlated with the pathological types, and was higher in the solid pattern than the tubular and cribriform pattern （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of FOXM1 was not correlated with the tumor size,location,age and gender （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions：The expression of FOXM1 was associated with pathological types of SACC. |
