| 摘 要： | 目的：了解南京市城区12岁学生龋病流行状况，为开展学生龋病预防提供依据。方法：对南京市城区小学12岁学生进行龋病状况抽样调查750例。结果：12岁学生恒牙患龋率25．60％，龋均0．503；第一恒磨牙患龋率最高，其中殆面及颊／腭侧面，分别占第一恒磨牙龋的61．33％、36．40％；仅有46颗（1．53％）第一恒磨牙做过窝沟封闭；龋齿充填率仅为14．06％。结论：南京市城区小学12岁学生患龋水平略有下降，但充填率低，仍应加强学生口腔健康教育和龋病预防工作。

| Abstract: | Objective：To describe the permanent teeth caries status of 12-year-old students in urban areas of Nanjing to provide evidence for health service of caries prevention. Methods： A sample of 750 12-year-old students from urban areas of Nanjiug was chosen and investigated their status of caries. Results ：The caries prevalence rate of permanent teeth was 25.60%. Mean DMFF was 0.503. The caries prevalence rate of the first molar was the highest. Caries in the occlusal and buccal/palatal surfaces respectively consisted of 61.33% and 36.40% of the first molar caries. Only 46 first molar teeth were sealed. And the filled rate was 14.06%. Conclusions： The caries prevalence rate and mean DMFT of permanent teeth is reduced a little, but the filled rate is in a low level. We should strengthen and promote the oral health education and caries prevention programs. |
